God Bless you for sharing your testimony! God wants us to glorify him in all things. Sometimes we get caught up in the now, we don't see what God is doing over all in our lives.

Thank you again for sharing, I would love to see more testimonies, I know God is moving in people's lives and we need to give him the glory!

what would Jesus Do?

I just realized something that I had never thought of. When I had my stroke and lost everything I had worked for all my life there was a reason and a lesson that God wanted me to learn. I finally got it! I was so proud of what "I" had accomplished that I forgot who blessed me with "all" of it in the first place. Don't get me wrong I have always been a faithful Christian but I was so wrapped up in what I wanted that I closed my eyes to the wonderful blessings God was giving me. I took for grantit all the possessions he had given me. It is like my car when they came to take it away. I handed them the keys and watched them take away a car that was almost paid off. My daughter Sheri purchased a used car for me. It was very old and had a lot of problems but it got me where I needed to go. I thanked God that she could do that for me and prayed that he would bless her for doing it. I was finally learning. Then about a year later the car was totally falling apart so I went to the Nissan dealer and explained what had happened to me. As he was talking with the manager about the situation I sat in the room waiting and I prayed. I asked God if he wanted me to get the car that he would get it financed. After several hours of waiting and praying for Gods will to be done in the situation I got the car financed. I had to pay an enormous amount of financing but the car was mine. Several times I though over the past year that I could not make the payment but each and every time something came through and the payment was made on time. That is Gods blessings. I had to wake up and recognize each and every blessing God had given me. Even now I pray for God to bless me daily, to keep me from evil and to expand my territory so that Gods love can shine through me to others who are in need. So I pray for each and every one of you who come here to express your needs so that your needs will be met. Have faith in God my wonderful friends. He is always with us, even in the most difficult of times. Things happen in his timing not ours. I love you all. Donna

God does restore and take our trials and brings us to a point where what we have went through can make us strong and be used to help someone else along their journey!

I'm so sorry for the loss of your mother & your brother.

I am sorry for the loss of your husband (that scumbag)! LOL.  You know divorce is a loss too & it can be just as bad (or worse) than losing someone through death.

I am so glad that the L-rd has blessed you.

God has blessed me in so many ways.  And I believe he has a plan for all of us.  My testimony is rather complicated and gory so I'll briefly describe the events.

In the last five years:  My mother died, my brother was murdered, I got fired from an excellant job paying $4,000.00 plus a month for attending the trial that lasted 6 weeks,  I got married and the 2nd husband took over $90,000.00 from me while I was pre-occupied with the trial, I took a job for half the money, got divorced and was totally broke.  I had enough money back then to take care of my teeth, but being a mother and I'll say it a doormat; I neglected myself and kept waiting for my turn.  I'd been researching alternative solutions to the high cost of dental for three years just because I am frugal.  A few months back my new job of a year fired me for no reason and I couldn't understand why God was letting this happen when I was at my lowest point.  Barely making my bills and hoping to sell my house in this crazy market before I started my new company.  Where I live there aren't many good jobs that pay squat.  God left me no choice but to forge ahead with Smiles For Less.  I'll admit I was scared to do this because there is not a lot of money in helping people.  But he did slam the door and give me no alternative and I can see clearly how much my hard work and research has paid off now.  I'm helping hundreds of people and this has all helped me.  God does have a plan for all of us.  I've gotten my teeth done by the dentist I bring people to.  And I can pay my bills and love my job.  Finding this web site was God helping me help others because I wasn't looking for help and found this site quite by accident.  So If I help anyone on here it is by the Grace of God I found this site and you found me. 

Sometimes I think you have to stop questioning and listen really hard for a solution and head in that direction.  In my case I think God prepared me for the work I do now.  I've never been happier even when I read some of the posts on here that make me cry.  I feel like I am doing my part to help and that just lifts my spirit up to God in praise.  Sincerely I'm not all that religious, but I believe in God and the miricales he performs.  You know how he hears you best when two or more pray together, I also think he helps you more when you help others no matter how hard your own problems may be.  This site is blessing because so many people offer thier advise or just thier compassion.  Believe it or not it is God working thru all of us. Sincerely, Nancy McGuire
